This grants round aims to fill some of the research gaps identified in Australia’s National Research Agenda to Reduce Violence against Women and their Children (ANRA), released in October 2020.
The 2020–2022 ANROWS Core Grant Research Program, with funds provided to ANROWS by the Commonwealth, state and territory governments, responds to research gaps identified in ANRA.
About the grants round
The 2020–2022 ANROWS Core Grant Research Program will produce evidence to support policy and practice design responding to the needs of children and young people, with a focus on children and young people within marginalised populations. Funded research projects will focus on effective prevention and response strategies that identify and address at least one of the following:
- the impacts on children and young people of exposure to violence against women
- harmful sexual behaviours of children and young people
- violence against women perpetrated by children and young people.
The call for grant applications closed at 11:59pm (AEDT) Monday, 9 November 2020.
