Register of Active Research
The ANROWS Register of Active Research (RAR) aims to provide a comprehensive landscape of research currently in progress in Australia that relates to domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV). It lists research projects that are underway.
In November 2023 ANROWS released the Australian National Research Agenda (ANRA 2023–2028). The purpose of the ANRA is to direct research efforts towards addressing priority evidence gaps for policy and systems-wide practice design, nationally.
A centralised register of current research in priority research areas is an important resource for researchers who are considering projects and seeking research funding, and for research funders when assessing grant applications. The RAR is also a useful resource for researchers seeking to collaborate across jurisdictions and disciplines on future projects.
To be included in the RAR, research must be related to DFSV, have an Australian target population and be currently underway.
The value of the RAR increases with each relevant project registered. Therefore, we strongly encourage researchers to register project details as soon as practicable.
Submitted projects will be uploaded to the RAR as soon as possible after registration.
Please note that while ANROWS encourages rigorous and ethical research, we are not able to quality assure the projects proposed for inclusion in the RAR. Inclusion in the RAR does not indicate an endorsement from ANROWS.
Research outputs can be found in the Completed Register of Active Research projects reading list in the ANROWS Digital Library.
