It impacts on the health, wellbeing and safety of a significant proportion of Australians throughout all states and territories and places an enormous burden on the nation’s economy across family and community services, health and hospitals, income-support and criminal justice systems.

Operations Manager

A unique and exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic Operations Manager with experience in compliance and contracts to join our team!

This is a new role for ANROWS and the right candidate will join the Leadership Team to help deliver an agenda for strategic impact in one of the most pressing issues our country faces today. Join us to help make a difference in ending violence against women and children.

The Operations Manager will support the organisation in general compliance, governance, risk management and manage end-to-end contract processes, including funding agreements for and from ANROWS.

This pivotal role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders, as well as ANROWS’ external legal advisors and other partners, ensuring that all contractual decisions are made inclusively and ensuring full compliance. It will provide expert advice and pragmatic solutions throughout the contracting process.

This role will also assume responsibility as Company Secretary and assist the CEO and Executive Assistance in Board and sub-committee matters, including the Finance, Risk & Audit and the Appointments & Governance Committees.
